Return Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To start a refund, you can contact us at help@woodincreekcoffee.com. Please note that while we do not require the item to be sent back to us, we do ask for proof to evaluate the reason for the refund. Proof may include photos of the item if it is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.

If your refund is accepted based on the provided proof, we will notify you of the approval, and you may keep the item without needing to return it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of the issue with a photo will be required to process your refund. To prevent fraud and abuse of refunds, we reserve the right to refund any purchase on a case by case basis.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded or replaced, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept refunds for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund, and if approved, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Proof of receipt and the condition of the item (such as photos) will be required.

Refunds
Once we have reviewed and accepted your request, we will notify you of the approval. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
